My problem wasn't what I expected it to be but it was explained to me, complete with a photo showing it to me and when I agreed to have the necessary work done, it didn't take long and it was fixed. It is great to now have a working air conditioner again and I do appreciate the courtesy I was shown and the prompt way it was attended to.

My problem was diagnosed and taken care of in a good amount of time - as always your staff was courteous and welcoming and Summer came to let me know the car was fixed. The mechanic had found another problem but she assured me it shouldn't have to be addressed for a while and that I could still drive the car with confidence. I appreciated her telling me that.

I had an unfortunate flat tire. Brought in to Hug Chevrolet with no appointment and they were able to get right on it very quickly. They advised me the tire was repairable and the proceeded to patch my tire. Thanks to the excellent technician Dalton for the quality work and speedy service on my unfortunate day. This type of service help turn my day around. I was also able to use my reward points to pay for the repair so that even made it that much better experience. Thanks Hug and all the wonderful people in the service department.

I was there for an oil change, tire rotation and a replacement key fob and program. Upon checking out the inspection was not filled out. I questioned this and with a quick phone call he later produced a completed inspection. I was told it was done but didn’t show up on “this” end. I had little confidence in this actually being the case. There was oil on my console and a greasy hand print on my hood. My car is white and is washed regularly. The hand print stood out. I lost my husband to cancer just three weeks prior to this visit. I am not in a place where I need to be worried about anything extra. That’s the reason I came to the dealership, for quality service. I can’t say with confidence that’s what I received.

It was just ok. Charged me $25 to put a spacer on one wheel that they were rotating to begin with. I brought the spacer with me. All they did was put it on backside of wheel when they were rotating the tires. Didn't catch the charge until I got home. Called them and they said they would give me a credit towards next visit.
